Thank you for shopping at Sniper Bravo 3D, the Sniper Bravo 3D website, and the Sniper Bravo 3D app.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy.

The following terms apply to any products (Product Definition: All virtual items purchased by you in the Sniper Bravo 3D product) you purchase from us.

The Words with a capitalized initial letter have the meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural form.

• Application refers to the software program provided by the Company that you download on any electronic device and is named Sniper Bravo 3D.
• Company (referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our" in this Agreement) refers to GIVE YOU THE BEST PTY LTD. located at 1 - 3 Boundary Rd, CARLINGFORD NSW, Australia, with the postal code 2118.
• Goods refer to the virtual items offered for sale on the Service.
• Order refers to your request to purchase virtual goods from us.
• Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
• Website refers to Sniper Bravo 3D&Sniper Bravo 3D, accessible from h5.happysea.fun.

You refer to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Right to Cancel an Order

You have the right to cancel an order within 1 hour (for unused or unconsumed products, and there is a maximum of 1 refund per day for successful orders resulting from misclicks or misoperations) without providing any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is within 1 hour after receiving the goods and requires your confirmation.

We will refund you no later than 3 working days from the date we recover the goods (delete the virtual items). We will refund using the same payment method as your order and make the refund to the original payment source (please note that additional fees incurred during the payment cannot be refunded).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the goods must be ensured to be in the following conditions:

The virtual items should be unused, unconsumed, and untransferred before a refund can be made.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Virtual items that have been used or consumed.
• Virtual items that have been transferred or traded with other users.
• Virtual items that start a countdown and expire after delivery cannot be refunded.
• Other special circumstances of virtual items (including but not limited to currency consumption, transfer, replication, and other similar situations).

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
